Prior to the your VR meeting you should prepare your content. To do this, log into the web platform and hit the files section. Essentially, you have two options: upload media files visible to yourself only or into the shared folder accessible to all the members of your MeetinVR organization. You can see the upload button on the top right corner of the screen.
