In standing rooms, you have 2 options for moving around:

  1. walk around, just as you would do in reality (for Quest, Vive Focus and other standalone headsets)

  2. teleport using your controller

For teleporting using your controller

  1. point at the floor in the place you want to be teleported

  2. push the joystick forward using your thumb

  3. slide joystick from side to side to change orientation

  4. release to teleport
