Create a meeting on our web platform, adding all participants and also adding yourself and all participants that will act as manager/moderator for the meeting. You can share the meeting code for users outside of your organization or users in your organization that were not added as participants. Users added as participants will be able to see they are invited to the event in their VR tablets and access without the need of inputting the meeting code.

2. We recommend a meeting manager joins the meeting before the meeting time, so they can choose the room they will start in. The meeting information will also inform of this room, as the image shows:

3. Click on the Meeting Manager panel at the bottom menu on the tablet.

4. If Auto Performance is toggled on as in the previous image, when there are more than 12 users in the room, avatars will automatically become Performant Avatars. These look like a screen with the user profile picture instead of looking like a human with facial expressions and hands. Performant Avatars allow us to fit more people in the room without causing performance issues on standalone devices. Turning Auto Performance off, will allow us, as meeting moderators, to choose between 3 performance options that will be set for all users: Quality, Performance and Minimal.
Quality mode, showing participants avatars and room geometry
Performance mode, showing participants as Performance Avatars and still showing room geometry
Minimal mode. Showing participants as Performance Avatars and Performance Room visuals. Performance Room visuals are only available for Auditorium and Idea Space.
5. Meeting moderator can whitelist themselves or other participants, so their avatar and hands can be seen by everyone. this is useful when doing a presentation. The participants presenting or on stage can show their full avatar while the audience show their Performance Avatar.
Hover on ‘Override for user’ button under custom mode, to view the list of users we can whitelist.
Now, whitelisted user by the screen shows full avatar, while the rest of participants show their performant avatar.
6. By clicking on Manage Features under Custom mode, managers can decide what will they allow participants to do in the meeting. Users can be restricted from drawing, using the Magic pointer, extracting notes, casting content to the screens or personalizing the environment. This ensures better stability during the meeting (many extracted notes or drawings can create performance issues), allows managers to decide how the room is setup and control who can or cannot cast content to the screens. Managers and whitelisted users will not be affected by these settings. Whitelisting will not work across sessions. It gets reset when switching room.
7. Check out other options in the main Meeting Manager Panel for better control of the meeting: disable microphones, clean room and turn the room persistency on or off (persistency will always stay off for rooms generated for the meeting, but organization rooms persistency can be changed here).
